What Is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is among 113 cannabinoids found with in cannabis sativa plant. CBD doesn’t have psychoactive properties similar to that caused by tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in marijuana. The THC content of cannabis plants decides whether they will be hemp or marijuana. We get ours from hemp because it contains less THC. Our premium hemp plant has been bred to have a greater CBD (Cannabidiol) content while being low in THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol).
The psychoactive component of a cannabis plant is THC. Fortunately, the THC content of hemp is not sufficient to cause intoxication. There is, however, just enough THC to allow the plant’s “synergistic effects” to be felt. Hemp plants have all of the natural medicinal properties of plants, making them a true full-spectrum product. Of the many CBD products, full-spectrum products have the most synergistic effects.
The CBD products sold by The Healing Hempist are always of the highest quality. Our farmers produce award-winning hemp using greenhouse’s.
Full-Spectrum CBD Oil
Full-spectrum CBD hemp oil incorporates almost all of the natural cannabinoids, flavonoids, and terpenes discovered in hemp plants. Even though cannabinoids and terpenes work together to magnify each other’s effects, full-spectrum CBD hemp oil is thought as being the most beneficial type of CBD hemp oil. The “entourage effect” refers to this process.
Our hemp has a THC content of less than 0.2 percent, which would be unlikely to produce psychoactive effects “stonned”. Indeed, as explained by the entourage effect, this trace amount of THC may enhance the beneficial effects of full-spectrum CBD oil.
How Much CBD Oil Should I Take?
CBD is most commonly administered in doses ranging from 20 to 40 mg per dose. Some people take much lower doses (as little as 1 mg), while others take much higher Depending on the concentration of the product, this can vary from a few drops to a few ml of oil, 1 to 5 capsules or gummies.
The reality would be that the optimal CBD dosage differs by individual. It is not uncommon for two people of the same weight to have very different reactions to the same CBD dose. One person may find that 30mg of CBD is the best dose for them, whereas another may find that 10mg is the best dose for them. A variety of factors influence the best CBD dose for you, including: Your CBD tolerance , Your individual body chemistry, The concentration of CBD oil, capsules, gummies, or other CBD products you use.
