Cannabigerol (CBG) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in the hemp plant.
CBG is known as the “parent” cannabinoid because it is the precursor to other cannabinoids, such as THC and CBD.
Unlike THC, CBG does not produce a psychoactive effect.
BENEFITS OF CBG
CBG is known for its many benefits, including its ability to fight inflammation, pain, and anxiety.
CBG is also known to promote a healthy appetite, which can be helpful for those who are trying to gain weight or maintain their weight.
Additionally, CBG can help improve the quality of sleep, which is important for overall health and well-being.

HOW DOES CBD WORK
The human body contains a specialized system known as the endocannabinoid system (ECS).
The ECS helps regulate various functions, including sleep, appetite, pain, and immune system response.
CBD interacts with the ECS by binding to cannabinoid receptors in the brain and body. This helps to regulate communication between cells and reduce inflammation.
IS CBD LEGAL
CBD is legal in the UK as long as it is derived from hemp and contains less than 0.2% THC.
CBD products are available in a variety of forms, including oil, capsules, and topical creams.
Therefore, it is important to check the label on any CBD product to make sure that it contains no more than 0.2% THC.
However, some CBD products on the market contain a combination of CBD and THC,so it is important to buy from reputable vendors and read product reviews to make sure that you are buying a quality product

WHAT IS CBD
CBD is short for (cannabidiol) and is a compound that is found in hemp that is being studied for a host of potential uses.
Unlike THC, CBD won’t make you feel high or impair your ability to think and focus.
CBD is derived from the hemp plant and is usually extracted using a process known as a supercritical CO2 method.
BENEFITS OF CBD
CBD is known to offer a plethora of health benefits.
Some of the most notable ones include its ability to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and relieve pain.
It can also help to improve focus and concentration.
CBD is also said to boost the immune system and protect against inflammation.

Just like any supplement or food, CBD oil does expire and has a shelf life of 12 to 2 years depending on how you store the CBD and the quality of it.
Despite the one to two years before the oil goes bad, these products will eventually degrade and expire.
You should avoid storing CBD products:
•In the car
•In a washroom, near the swimming pool, and around wet areas
•Close to heating and electronic appliances
•In places that receive direct sunlight.
It’s important to store the CBD products away from moisture, light, and high temperature. You need to store CBD somewhere that the temperature is relatively stable.
Simply put, any place that isn’t exposed to high temperature, light, and moisture will be a safe place to store Cannabinoids.
Try to look for a dry and cool place to store your CBD products.

How much CBD Oil should I take?
Dialling in the correct dosage for your body is an important part of getting the most out of your CBD supplements. Once you’ve found the right dosage you’re not only going to get the most benefits from your supplements and feel great, but you’re also going to guard against wasting money by using excess product.
As a baseline, our suggested dosage is 0.25mg CBD multiplied by your body weight in pounds on a daily basis. Therefore, a 120 pound person should take 30mg CBD daily (0.25 x 120 = 30), and a 200 pound person should take 50mg CBD daily (0.25 x 200 = 50). Ideally, split your doses equally between morning and evening. With this formula you can now easily figure out your suggested dose.
That said, there is no ‘official serving size’ or standard dose' and it varies from person to person. Your ideal dosage will be based on a variety of factors including your weight, metabolism, the type of product you’re using (tincture, softgel, topical), and body type. For the best potential for success, we recommend some experimentation and consistent usage to determine the right dosage for you. It can take 2-3 weeks to determine the proper dosage, but once you witness CBD's effects on your body you'll be in a better position to decide how much to take and when to take it, so be patient and take your time.

What is Valencene?
Valencene is a lesser-known sesquiterpene that produces aromatic sweet, citrus, herb, and woody notes. Like Limonene, it is found in citrus-scented strains and fruits like grapefruit, tangerine, orange, nectarines, mangoes, and Valencia oranges.
Strains high in Valencene produce euphoria, mood elevation, aids with alertness, and promotes cognitive functions.
Valencene is considered a powerful insecticide and is often found in tick and mosquito repellent. It is also utilized in pest control, cleaning products, personal care products, and cosmetics.

How Do CBD Pills Work?
CBD capsules have a distinct absorption rate in the body unlike creams or vaping.
Here’s some intriguing CBD capsules facts.
First of all and foremost, before CBD can be absorbed into your bloodstream, a pill must pass through your stomach.
So if you take CBD capsules, it travels to the digestive tract and is broken down before entering the liver for more filtration.
CBD enters the bloodstream after passing through the liver, where it can come into contact with particular cannabinoid receptors.
The previously mentioned cannabinoids then interact with the endocannabinoid system, or ECS, to generate particular measures or effects throughout the body.
Your ECS is in charge of many major bodily functions, and that is constantly working to sustain a good internal balance, or “homeostasis.”
The Healing Hempist CBD Capsules:
Each capsule contains Full Spectrum CBD and CBDa extract. Our Extract is carried with coconut oil.
Capsules are a great alternative to oral drops for convenient dosages and for people that may not wish to take drops orally.
Coconut oil is considered a great accompinent of CBD. CBD is fat soluble and will be better absorbed when consumed with essential fats.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegan.

What Is the Endocannabinoid System?
Let's look at the word "endocannabinoid." "Cannabinoid" comes from "cannabis," and "endo" is short for "endogenous," which means that it is produced naturally inside of your body. So "endocannabinoid" simply means cannabis-like substances that naturally occur inside us.
The ECS itself is made up of three parts:
• Endocannabinoids.
• Receptors in the nervous system and around your body that endocannabinoids and cannabinoids bond with.
• Enzymes that help break down endocannabinoids and cannabinoids.
Not only is the ECS a natural part of our bodies, but it's also a crucial one. You may have heard a lot of claims about the medicinal properties of marijuana in general or of the cannabinoids THC and CBD.
With so many seemingly unrelated effects, you might wonder whether it's just a lot of hype from people who want the drug legalized; however, medical science backs up many of these claims, and the reason for the far-reaching effects have to do with the size and scope of the endocannabinoid system itself.

WHAT IS CBL?
CBL is a minor phytocannabinoid, which means cannabis plants only produce it in small quantities.
It was first isolated in the 1960s by Korte and Sieper. It wasn’t for a few more years before its chemical structure was mapped by Gaoni, Mechoulam, and Claussen.
Unlike delta 8 THC or delta 9 THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol), CBL is a degradative cannabinoid. This means CBL isn’t produced directly by the cannabis plant and is instead formed when another cannabinoid — cannabichromene (CBC) — breaks down. This degradation happens slowly and produces exceedingly small amounts of CBL, making it difficult to isolate and study.
CBL has a similar chemical structure to cannabinol, also called CBN, but lacks the double-bond structure that gives CBN mild psychoactive qualities. The effects of CBL are likely to be most similar to those of cannabidiol (CBD), which is to say that CBL is not psychoactive. Instead, CBL is believed to have other effects on the endocannabinoid system and will not produce intoxication.
CBL VS. CBD: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?
The biggest difference between CBL and CBD is that CBD’s effects are well-known, and its potential health benefits are more understood. We know almost nothing about CBL’s pharmacological activity compared to CBD’s.
While the effects of CBD have been studied extensively in clinical research, basically no research has been done on CBL. Some researchers postulate that CBL’s effects may be similar to CBD’s effects, but it’s little more than speculation at this point.
WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF CBL?
Little is known about the effects of CBL since it is practically unstudied. Many scientists and experts think it might have similar effects to CBD, although their arguments are based on indirect evidence.
Human studies of CBL’s effects have not been conducted, so any information about CBL’s effects comes purely from conjecture.

What Is Cannabigerol (CBG)?
Cannabigerol (CBG) is a type of cannabinoid obtained from the cannabis plant. It’s often referred to as the mother of all cannabinoids. This is because other cannabinoids are derived from cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), an acidic form of CBG.
Other more common cannabinoids obtained from cannabis plants include cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
CBG is found in smaller quantities than other cannabinoids in cannabis plants. In most strains of the plant, only 1% of CBG can be found compared to 20 to 25% of CBD or 25 to 30% of THC.1
This makes consumer products derived from the cannabinoid rare and often expensive. However, CBG is growing in popularity as a result of the host of potential benefits the cannabinoid has to offer.
How CBG Is Made:
CBG is derived from young cannabis plants because they contain higher amounts of CBG than fully developed plants.
Some strains of cannabis like White CBG, Super Glue CBG, and Jack Frost CBG also have higher CBG content than other strains. These strains are specifically cultivated to produce higher quantities of CBG.
Both CBD and THC start as CBGA, an acidic form of CBG. This is why younger cannabis plants contain higher concentrations of CBG.
In fully developed plants with high concentrations of THC and CBD, you’ll find very low concentrations of CBG. This happens because most of the CBG has already been converted to CBD and THC as the plant developed.
Due to the difficulty of getting CBG, cannabis growers have been experimenting with cross-breeding and genetic manipulation to help cannabis plants produce more CBG.

Types of CBD
CBD products are available in three forms:
Full-spectrum CBD. This type of CBD retains all components of the cannabis plant, including a small amount of THC. While federally legal full-spectrum CBD products will always have less than 0.2 percent THC in the UK, it’s important to know that THC is still present in full-spectrum products.
Broad-spectrum CBD. This version has all components of the cannabis plant, except for THC.
CBD isolate. This form is pure CBD, with no other compounds from the cannabis plant.

The Bell Curve Effect indicates the optimal CBD dosage and illustrates a fairly simple formula: a low dose of CBD will provide a low benefit and a high dose will…also provide a low benefit. Cannabinoids don’t provide the standard dose-to-effect result that alcohol or other substances do, but instead are non-linear. This means that if the goal of your CBD intake is to provide the maximum effect (which it most likely is), too much or too little won’t help you succeed.
Your body utilizes CBD differently depending on dosage, and there are various interactions that can take place as a result of the amount that you take. CBD interacts with multiple receptors in your brain as opposed to one singular receptor where a simple dose-to-effect would be more likely, so there’s no use in cautiously underdosing. In order to achieve the maximum benefit indicated by the Bell Curve Effect, your CBD dosage needs to be just right.

Will I fail a drug test?
If you consume CBD oil, you should not test positive for cannabis on a workplace drug test. Our workplace drug tests are testing for THC and its metabolites. UK regulated CBD oil contains either very low amounts of THC or none at all. So there is little chance you will test positive for THC after using CBD oil.
Ideally, the maximum THC level in the UK is 0.2% unless for CBD for medicinal purposes.

CBD oil, is that hemp oil has little to no CBD content. Hemp Oil is made by cold-pressing the hemp seeds into an omega-rich culinary oil. CBD oil is made by extracting the compound CBD from the leaves, flowers and stalks of a hemp plant. However, both hemp oil and CBD oil, have their own health benefits.

What is the difference between CBD oil vs Hemp seed oil?
Hemp seed oil and CBD oil are very different products.
CBD oil uses the stalks, leaves, and flowers of the hemp plant in its production. These contain a higher concentration of CBD, which is a compound with numerous potential health benefits.
Meanwhile, hemp seed oil comes from the seeds of the Cannabis sativa plant. The seeds do not contain CBD, but they still have a rich profile of nutrients, fatty acids, and useful bioactive compounds that can also have health benefits.
